1.把切块的羊肉和冷水、葱头、料酒、姜片一起煮开汆一下。

2.锅内胆放羊肉、甘蔗段、姜片、和适量水。置入沸腾锅内,按 “炖肉”键。

3.炖好后,取出羊肉块(汤另喝,见菜谱:甘蔗羊肉汤)。

4.切好彩椒条。

5.切好大蒜、姜丝(只取部分)。

6.锅烧热油,放入大蒜、姜丝爆香。

7.倒入羊肉,加点酱油翻炒。

8.倒入彩椒炒熟。
